Birthday Celebration Invitation Video – 80th and Two 50th Birthday Party Invitation
Birthday Celebration Invitation Video Intro

Using a Birthday Celebration Invitation Video to invite family and friends to your birthday party is a relatively new thing to do and not done by many people. Most people use a traditional paper and pen method to send out invitations to guests. If you want to be different or unique and have a birthday celebration coming up, such as a 50th birthday party invitation, or even an 80th birthday party invitation, then make your own video slideshow birthday party invitation like I did!
Myself and two fellow Spice member friends all had a big party celebration coming up in the same year, around the same time of year. We had been talking about having a combined 180th Birthday Party Celebration for a couple of years. In 2011, my friend Don was going to be 80 on February 4, David would be 50 on April 16, and I would be 50 in between them on February 20.
About 6 months before the birthday party celebration we started planning the event. I decided it would be a great opportunity to create an invitation with a difference. Also, creating a video slideshow would serve as a birthday party gift memento to all three of us. We would be able to look at the video slideshow in the years to come as a happy memory.
I therefore got to work planning a birthday party video invitation. Firstly we had to decide upon a venue and date which took some meetings and visits to venues. We decided upon a venue at Cadbury’s in Birmingham, England and a good half way date to have the combined birthday party celebration was Saturday March 5. The following video slideshow entitled Birthday Celebration Invitation Video, 80th And Two 50th Birthday Party Invitation is what I produced.

The play time for Birthday Celebration Invitation Video, 80th And Two 50th Birthday Party Invitation was not that important. It just needed to be below the potential boredom threshold of the audience but long enough to convey some humour and all the details of the event. The finished birthday party invitation playing time was 5 minutes 20 seconds and I produced it with the Animoto Video Slideshow Maker.

- I numbered and arranged the material in my PC directory by name (i.e. number order);
- Next came the video slideshow design configuration:
- I chose “Pandora’s Gift Box” Animoto style template;
- Then I uploaded my material to Animoto;
- Next I included the items from Animoto’s database;
- Then I typed in my text box messages;
- Then I decided on the default music that was set for the “Pandora’s Gift Box” style which was a lively track, “One More Day” by Pure Dream Ladder; I kept the video slideshow pace at the default normal setting; typed in the slideshow title and description; and clicked the “Create Video” button;
Next, I came up with the following sequence of text, images and video clips which consisted of a few items from the Animoto databases; some video clips I already had; and some new material to be created:
After the planning stage was over with I began to make the unique happy birthday gift memento with the Animoto Video Slideshow Maker online service:
After a while Birthday Celebration Invitation Video, 80th And Two 50th Birthday Party Invitation was ready for distribution. I distributed a link to the guest list via email through the Animoto share function.
As I wanted to keep a copy of the invitation for posterity, I also created higher resolution versions of the video slideshow and downloaded them onto my computer. Note: I can make high resolution copies of my video slideshows, and high definition copies if the template style allows me to; as I have a commercial Animoto Pro account.
If you have an Animoto Plus Account, which is a non-commercial licence, you can pay a small fee to generate higher resolution versions of your video slideshows as and when you choose to. On the other hand, a good strategy would be to upgrade to an Animoto Pro account just for a month and generate as many video slideshows within the month as you want to. Visit Animoto and take a look at the ANIMOTO PRICING PLAN to see what is best for you.
